Product Manager @ Hungama Digital Pvt Ltd
- At Hungama, I’ve been heading Hungama Games — wireframing to launch to 100k & still growing strong with the user base is a journey worthwhile.
- Also, launching multiple product offerings is such bliss. (yet to be launched)
- Hands-on PMing on the various offerings of Hungama under its umbrella of products is definitely a plus, for a Gaming PM.
Game Product Manager @ Pocket52
At Pocket52, I’ve been responsible to resolve the problems faced by Support, and Ops followed by the Product teams.
- Working with the Operations team & the Fraud Managers — I understood the scope of updating the Django admin, up-gradation of Ban & Unban module, fixing to stop the Referral frauds, improvising the Fraud detection algorithm & so on.
- Most of the suggestions had to be almost immediately done due to a large number of players from various B2B vendors on Pocket52.
- For Product, Sales & Marketing teams, I set up the list of events & Lead fields for LeadSquared CRM platform for Lead Generation of Pocket52 on various platforms — Android app, Website, iOS app. (upcoming)
Junior Product Manager @ PocketAces
- At Loco (acquired by PocketAces), after completing my Probation period of 90 days, I was recommended for Annual Appraisals for my contribution in bringing changes in the existing development process, PR reviews, and the Product tasks.
- I was promoted to a higher position for the significant improvements and received a huge raise in my compensation.
- In addition, I was also facilitated with an additional gift of Rs. 10,000/- in the matter of 3 months of joining the organization.
Associate Product Manager @ Artoo
- At Artoo, after analyzing the Freshdesk tickets and meeting the clients, I suggested improvements in the code quality, PR approval process, customized the Scrum process, deployment, and Release planning for clients.
- This led to many changes including the ZERO tickets for complaints and appreciation messages instead.

UAT at the client division was super successful
In Artoo, there were crucial months where there were features of the huge impact that were to be delivered to all the clients across geographies.
It was challenging since each FinTech has its own norms and calculations.
At the same time, the bug sprints were rigorous & lead to ZERO tickets in Freshdesk. This came in as a big surprise and was uncalled for.
The major release was called the most impactful release so far and the team received praise for all our efforts which were fruitful.
