Who are Aggregators?

  • Aggregators choose a particular sector which has high demand and supply to organise for the users in the respective domain.
  • They do the domain research, industry size, market share, demand & supply, global trends, competitive analysis, forecast and various other factors before choosing a platform.
  • They do not provide service directly. Hence connect the service providers and the customers together using a medium via commission basis or incentives.
  • The goal is to have a uniform pricing structure for all customers.
  • Example: Cab aggregators — Ola / Uber, Hotel aggregators — MakeMyTrip, Buying & selling of Goods — OLX.

Goal

  • Helps users commute from a source to destination in a cab privately or by sharing the ride at point of time 24/7.

Target audience

  • People who dislike using the public transport.
  • People who commute long distance to college/work.
  • People who wish to wrap up their task/call during their commute.
  • People who stay back at work until late/party during the late hours.

Success metrics

  • Increase the rides adding on to the company revenue.
